We currently ship within the United States only. Canadian shipping is coming soon.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard shipping rates

Orders under $34.90 — shipping is shown at checkout. For a limited time, standard shipping is just $5.99.

Heavy pantry items

Shipping rates for heavier products including palm oil, garri, fufu flour and groundnut paste are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location. Free shipping thresholds do not apply to heavy pantry items.

Shipping carrier

We ship via USPS from our Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas warehouse.

Order tracking
